Stephanie read for a BA in Jurisprudence at Oxford University before joining the Bar. Her practice encompasses all areas of chambers work with particular emphasis on complex possession matters, homelessness and leasehold disputes (including enfranchisement). She represents and advises on all aspects of housing, community care and property law, appearing in the Court of Appeal, High Court, County Courts, Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) and LVT and has provided training on proportionalityand possession proceedings, homelessness, judicial review ad leasehold disputes.
