Rebecca became a tenant in January 2010 following the successful completion of her pupillage in Chambers. Prior to joining Chambers, Rebecca worked as a caseworker in an advice centre for a national housing and homelessness charity.
Rebecca practises in all areas of Chambers' work with particular emphasis on housing, possession, anti-social behaviour, homelessness and disrepair. She advises and represents tenants, homeless applicants, local authorities, housing associations and private landlords. Since becoming a tenant, Rebecca has gained experience in her areas of practice through multi-track and fast-track trials, applications and detailed advices.
Rebecca has also provided training on possession proceedings, including proportionality and succession. Rebecca has spoken at the Arden Chambers' Not for Profit conference and for LawWorks Pro Bono Centre.
